The PDAT Pro Overlay Manager is
allows you to manage and create
Palm OS Overlays for your PDA Toolbox applications to localize your
application according to the user's installed language. These overlays
are used automatically by the OS to load the appropriate language and
other resources used by the device. For example, say you have an
English application, MyApp.prc. If you create Spanish and German
overlays, you'd now have three files that could be installed:
MyApp.prc (base English application)
MyApp_esES.prc (Spanish overlay)
MyApp_deDE.prc (German overlay)
When an English device runs MyApp, the language appears in English.
When a Spanish device runs MyApp, the language appears in Spanish.
When a German device runs MyApp, the language appears in German.
In each case, the appropriate overlay is determined and used instead of the resources loaded in the
MyApp.prc.

This Conduit Installer by handX is an Open Source Conduit Installer
creation toolkit. By editing a simple configuration file, you
can build an installation package for your Palm application and
Conduit. You can call this progam from within one of the normal
install builders like InstallShield or Wise etc. Or you can simply
bundle it into a self extracting .exe that automatically runs
conduitInstaller.exe when finished. It will even generate an
uninstall entry for you. As far as I know, the HandX site
is gone so this may be "AbondonWare"... Download
